VPN not showing in 'Networks" and I have no way to connect

I can't see my VPN in the connections pane of Windows 8.1 Pro, but I can see the connections in the "change adapter settings" I have no way to connect to my VPN.

EDIT: User can connect and disconnect to the VPN using rasphone.pbk

Hi,

If your VPN can configure greately on another computer which is running the same edition of Windows 8.1, I suppose that it's better or more efficient to refresh your system to fix this issue.

How to refresh, reset, or restore your PC

Found my own solution.

Create a new dummy VPN connection along side existing ones. It will "refresh" the VPN connections pane and reveal those VPN connections.

You can delete the dummy one.
